These Terms of Use and Conditions (these "Terms of Use") apply to your use of all websites, blogs, mobile sites, and applications maintained by or on behalf of Injoy Global, Inc. (“InJoy Global”), including injoyglobal.com, injoyleadership.com, the InJoy Global, Inc.’s Culti-Vate platform (at injoychange.com), and the InJoy Daily website (injoydaily.com) and mobile app (collectively, the "Website"). The terms "we", "us", "our" and "Company" refer to InJoy Global, Inc., a Nevada corporation. "You" or "your" refers to the person or company who uses the Website or any product or service viewed or accessed at the Website. Your use of the Website is governed by these Terms of Use as they exist at the time of your use. We reserve the right to change these Terms of Use in the future without notice.

Access of the Website. Your access of the Website constitutes your agreement to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you are unable or unwilling to abide by these Terms of Use, please immediately discontinue access of the Website. As a condition of your access of the Website, you represent and warrant that you will not access the Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited herein. We reserve the right to terminate your right to use the Website. The InJoy More Privacy Policy is incorporated into and subject to this Terms of Use.

We may require registration to access certain proprietary content of the Website available only to Registered Users (as defined herein). Where applicable, you may elect to register and create a personal account (each, a "Registered User" and collectively, "Registered Users") user ID ("User ID") and unique password to access the certain features of the Website, which are subject to the Contest Rules and the this Terms of Use. Unless you become a Registered User, you have no right to access the Content provided through the Website. To register, you must complete the registration process by providing us with current, complete and accurate information as prompted by your account profile. In registering you agree to submit accurate, current and complete information, and to promptly update such information. Should we suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, we have the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Website. Your user account cannot be shared or used by anyone other than you. By opening a user account, you are confirming that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age or are at least thirteen (13) years of age and are being supervised, while using the Website, by a parent or legal guardian who has agreed to be bound by these Terms of Use.

You must establish a unique ID and password to register and set up an account. You will be responsible for keeping your User ID and password confidential. We request that you notify us immediately upon learning of any unauthorized use of your User ID and password. We cannot protect you from the unauthorized use of your User ID and password. You will be responsible for all activities and charges incurred through the use of your User ID and password, and any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) resulting from the unauthorized use of your User ID and password, except for unauthorized use of your User ID and password directly resulting from the gross negligence or willful misconduct of Company.

Intellectual Property. General, Copyright, Trademark and other proprietary rights and laws protect the Website and its intellectual property. No part of our materials on the Website (the "Content"), including, but not limited to, graphics, photographs, text, images, documents, sounds, multimedia content, audiovisual content logos, games, trademarks layout, or other materials you may see or read on the Website and all related software code, may be copied, photocopied, reproduced, translated or reduced to any electronic medium or machine- readable form, in whole or in part, or used in any way other than as explicitly permitted pursuant to these Terms of Use, without our specific written permission. By joining and participating in this community, you agree that you have read and will follow these rules. Your participation is also subject to Injoy Global’s Privacy Policy and Contest Rules. If you do not agree these terms and conditions, please do not use this site or participate in the Challenge.

You also agree to reserve discussions and comments to content to that best suited to the medium. Comments should concern topics of interest to the Challenge community.

Please take a moment to acquaint yourself with these important rules. In order to preserve a climate that encourages both civil and fruitful dialogue, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for anyone who violates these rules.

The Rules

• Consider carefully before revealing any personal information. Any personal information you post will be available to other Community members and might be disclosed to third parties without your prior knowledge or consent. InJoy Global’s treatment of personal information is subject to our Privacy Policy.

• Show respect. Don't harshly challenge or attack others. The discussions and comments are meant to be positive and supportive, not to create contention. Let others have their say, just as you may.

• Don't post commercial messages on any discussion post or other area where others might see it. Don’t post links to websites where others can purchase your products or products that you recommend for purchase. Contact people directly with product and service information if you believe it would help them.

• Don't use the Challenge to promote/disseminate surveys of any kind. Only Injoy Global may post surveys.

• Don’t use the Challenge to recruit research or interview subjects.

• Use caution when discussing products. Information posted on discussions is available for all to see, and comments are subject to libel, slander, copyright and antitrust laws.

• All defamatory, abusive, profane, threatening, offensive, or illegal postings or other materials are strictly prohibited. Do not post anything that you would not want the world to see, or that you would not want anyone to know come from you.

• We reserve the right to reject any message for any reason.

Group Etiquette

• State concisely and clearly the topic of your comments in the subject line. This allows members to respond more appropriately to your posting and makes it easier for members to search the archives by subject.

• Include only the relevant portions of the original message in your reply.

• Only send a message to the entire discussion group when it contains information that everyone can benefit from.

• Do not post partisan political statements aimed at influencing legislation or supporting or opposing candidates for public office, or in a manner that otherwise violates applicable law.

Injoy Global does not actively monitor member submissions for inappropriate postings and does not on its own undertake editorial control of postings. However, in the event that any inappropriate posting is brought to the attention of the Injoy Global, we reserve the right in our sole discretion to delete any postings without notice and to take other appropriate action.

Further, Injoy Global reserves the right in our sole discretion to terminate access to any member who does not abide by these guidelines, the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy or Contest Rules. Injoy Global is not responsible for the opinions and information posted by members or others.

Third Party Content. The Website may contain third party materials and content. We are not responsible for and assume no liability for any statements, representations or any other form of information contained in third party content appearing on or made available through the Website. Inclusion of a third party or its, his, her content on the Website is not an endorsement thereof.

We will not be liable, under any circumstances, for the illegality, inaccuracy or error in any and all third party content. This Website contains links to other websites. We do not endorse these websites, are not responsible for them, and do not control, review, test, verify, certify, or authenticate the availability, accuracy, reliability, content, associated links, privacy and security practices, resources, or services associated with a third party site.
